Who we are

A family business in Edmonton and Calgary

Aires Spray Foam & Insulation is a family-owned contractor based in Edmonton and Calgary. After 11 years in business and more than 12 years of industry experience, we install insulation and fireproofing for homes, shops, farms, commercial buildings and industrial sites.

We started with residential spray foam and grew into commercial buildings, barns, Quonsets, multi-unit construction, pipeline work and industrial sites. Our Edmonton and Calgary teams work across Alberta, with larger projects in British Columbia and the Yukon.

The business is still family owned and organized around a consistent process. Every project gets a defined scope, scheduled crew, quality checks and site clean-up. When you call, you are talking to the team responsible for the work.

How we work

The same five steps on every job

Same process, regardless of the project size. We pride ourselves on quality and safety.

  1. Walkthrough

We look at the space, identify issues and solutions, and confirm measurements. Quotes are always free.

  2. Written plan and quote

What goes where, which material and how thick. Spray foam is priced by the board foot, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

  3. Install on schedule

We show up on the booked date. Most jobs are completed in one day.

  4. Final walkthrough

We walk the job with you before we pack up so you can check the coverage yourself.

  5. Clean-up

Overspray trimmed, debris hauled out, floors swept.

Why we do it

What we're trying to do

We want the buildings we work on to be more comfortable, cheaper to heat and healthier to live and work in. In Alberta that mostly means stopping air leaks and keeping moisture out of walls and attics, so the furnace runs less and mould has less to grow on.

That sometimes means telling you foam isn't the right call. A wide-open attic floor is often better value with blown-in fibreglass or cellulose, and we'll say so. Our insulation services page lays out the options.

If you're an Edmonton homeowner, we're a CEIP Qualified Contractor, so qualifying insulation upgrades can be financed through your property tax bill. See CEIP financing for how that works.
